Bake sweet potatoes at 400 for 1 hour. Scoop out insides. Mash with fork or blender. Mix with applesauce and cinnamon. Spread on whole grain toast. Beet Chips Beets, already cookedOlive oil Salt Cut beets into thin slices. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Cook for 30-40 min. @ 300 Banana Popsicles

Cut banana in half. Stick popsicle stick in end. Coat with yogurt. Sprinkle on granola. Place in freezer.
