Mix all ingredients except cottage cheese and honey. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, and cook for five minutes or till desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Stir in cottage cheese and honey. Serves one. I really like this with a cup of tea—don't know what else you would need with it, nutritionally! |
