She brings a blend of compassionate wisdom and grounded knowledge to her work, with diverse offerings that include Birthing From Within childbirth preparation, doula care, and groups for new and seasoned mothers.   A Certified Birthing From Within Mentor and Advisor, Sarah’s background includes a Masters in Parent-Child Nursing, a BA in Sociology/Anthropology, doula care, and midwifery training.

Sarah is the mother of two growing boys and lives with her family on five acres in the Cowichan Valley of Vancouver Island.  Her Mama Renew journey has led her to reconnect with her body and creativity, and she is deeply aware of the ways in which her commitment to self-care shapes her experience as a woman, partner, and mother.
