Lullabies

Lullabies are perhaps as old as motherhood itself - the urge to soothe and comfort your baby translates perfectly into the language of song. Choose songs that you know by heart, and sing them while you are nursing or rocking your baby. If you sing them routinely at certain times of day, certain songs will signal that it’s time to sleep, and they will help you and the baby to relax.
